Let’s have a look at Mrs. Bhagya and Mr. Ashish Patil’s 1BHK Interiors in Prestige Song of South Apartments.

Living room

The entrance of the house provides the first impression of the elegantly designed TV unit mounted on the wall of the living room. It’s wooden back panel compliments the overall look and feel of the unit. The cabinet is placed perfectly ensuring that the distance between it and the sofa provides an optimal viewing experience.

A display unit consisting of perfectly stacked shelves adorns the unit towards its left side. It is made up of high quality plywood, giving it a polished look. What further enhances its beauty is the presence of the ambient light bulbs hooked within each shelf.

Recessed light runs through the false ceiling in the drawing room, the softness of which makes the room look royal. A partition exists behind the sofa set to create space to accommodate a usable shoe cabinet.

Bedroom

The room consists of a bed with an upholstered back made from MDF Beeding with fine polish. The cove light is used at the back wall of the bed and gives a soothing feel to the overall area.

A wardrobe with four open doors has been mounted on the wall which is present at the side of the bed and is made from Century plywood and Merino laminate.

A seating area has been carved out at the centre of the wardrobe, directly near the wall window. Residents can sit on the cushion and enjoy the view from the window.

In addition, we can find shelves on the wall facing the bed which can be used to keep books and stationary items.

Just below the shelves, a foldable study table has been attached to the wall to meet the office work needs of the residents.

Kitchen

A modular kitchen allowing convenient placement of white goods such as microwaves, improves usability of the product and at the same time helps in easy cleaning of the granite slabs.

The hanging lights placed at uniform distance from each other elevate the decor of the kitchen while providing enough lighting for utility purposes. We pay extra attention to the kitchen after all this is the heart of any home.

Puja unit

Last but not the least, a CNC cut shutter which houses the God, is placed in kitchen in such a way that it does not obstruct any movement in the area. These little but mindful changes that we do are what our clients appreciate most about us.
