Introduction
When we began working on 2BHK Home in Bangalore for Snigdha and Sarathy, the brief was clear yet layered: create a home that feels vibrant and welcoming, while remaining practical and easy to live in. At Reminiscent Interiors, we believe that a well-designed home is one that feels intuitive, personal, and enduring.

The Design Vision: Colour, Comfort, and Clarity|
For this project, our focus was on balance. Snigdha wanted her home to feel expressive but not overwhelming—modern, yet warm.

The palette across the home uses earthy wood tones, deep accents, and soft neutrals, allowing each space to feel distinct while still flowing seamlessly into the next. This approach is especially important when designing 2 BHK home in Bangalore, where cohesion plays a big role in how spacious and calm a home feels.

Living Room: A Space That Sets the Tone
The living room was designed as the visual and emotional anchor of the home. A custom TV unit takes centre stage, designed to be both functional and visually striking.

Clean cabinetry lines are paired with textured finishes and open shelves that allow for personal décor without clutter. The unit provides ample storage while maintaining a light, balanced presence in the room.

Soft lighting and coordinated wall finishes elevate the space, making it ideal for relaxed evenings or hosting friends. The colour scheme here sets the tone for the rest of the apartment—warm, contemporary, and inviting.

The Kitchen: Bold, Functional, and Full of Character
One of the highlights of Snigdha’s home is the kitchen, which combines strong design choices with everyday practicality.

We opted for a rich mix of deep-toned upper cabinets and warm wooden lower units, creating contrast while maintaining harmony. The glossy finishes add depth, while the black countertop grounds the space and ensures durability.

Pendant lights above the counter introduce a touch of personality and warmth, turning the kitchen into more than just a functional area—it becomes a space you enjoy spending time in.

Every element, from the placement of appliances to the storage layout, was carefully planned to ensure smooth movement and ease of use. It’s a kitchen that looks bold yet works effortlessly, which is key in modern 2 BHK home in Bangalore.
