Introduction
At Reminiscent Interiors, we believe that great design is not just about appearances—it’s about creating homes that grow with you. Our latest project showcases exactly that: a carefully curated 2 BHK Interiors at Akshay Apartments, Worli, Mumbai.
Located in the heart of Mumbai, this home is a beautiful example of how functionality and style can come together to form the perfect living experience.

Living Room
The living room serves as the heart of the home—a place where family and guests naturally gather. We envisioned this space as one that blends calm sophistication with bold design features. A custom-designed TV unit became the focal point, combining open shelving and closed cabinets to offer both display and storage. With clean lines and ambient lighting, this unit brings both order and personality to the room. The overall palette remains neutral and inviting, ensuring the space feels expansive despite the compact layout.
This attention to detail is what sets apart the best interiors—spaces that do more than just look good; they support daily life in a seamless way.

Pooja Room
One of the family’s requests was a dedicated Pooja space—a serene nook for daily prayers that didn’t feel disconnected from the rest of the home.
We designed a compact yet impactful pooja unit with soft lighting and wooden paneling that radiates warmth. It blends effortlessly into the overall design language of the home, offering a sense of tranquility without occupying too much space.

Kitchen: Modular Elegance with Maximum Utility
For a home in Mumbai, kitchen space needs to be smartly optimized, and that’s exactly what we did here. The modular kitchen design includes soft-close drawers, dedicated zones for appliances, and overhead cabinets for extra storage. The finishes were selected in calming neutrals to reflect light and enhance the sense of space. This kitchen is not just efficient—it’s elegant, proving that interiors in Mumbai can be both compact and luxurious.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom was conceived as a peaceful retreat. We used a soothing palette of soft tones and textured finishes to create an atmosphere of calm.
A custom bed-back panel adds depth and subtle drama, while the integrated wardrobe makes smart use of space without overwhelming the room. Backlit lighting elements add a gentle warmth, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The design echoes what we always strive for: a sense of emotional comfort paired with visual harmony.

Storage That Works Beautifully
In any 2BHK, storage is a top priority—and this home is no exception. We incorporated full-height sliding wardrobes, functional lofts, and utility cabinetry that’s easy to access but neatly tucked away. Each storage unit was tailored not just for capacity, but for aesthetic continuity. From wardrobe finishes to the flow between rooms, everything was curated to feel part of a larger design narrative.
